Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance, instead we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please call your insurance for reimbursement allowances specific to your plan.
What is your fee?
Please inquire about fees. At times we will have sliding scale spots available.
How long are sessions?
45 or 60 minutes for individuals, and 60 or 75 minutes for couples
What is DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on teaching coping skills to regulate emotions and manage behaviors. Comprehensive DBT involves multiple facets, including skills group, individual sessions, team consult, diary card, and phone coaching. Comprehensive DBT is suitable for individuals who are in chronic and acute crisis and would benefit from a very structured therapy approach.
I do NOT currently offer Comprehensive DBT in my practice. I offer DBT Informed sessions, where I draw from applicable DBT skills based on presenting problems you bring in to session.

How long will I be in therapy?
This is completely up to you and your established goals. At times, people are in therapy for 6 months or less to address a specific issue. Other times, people stay in therapy for a few years to unpack and explore multiple facets of themselves. We will provide recommendations for continued treatment as appropriate, but ultimately you always get to decide when therapy ends.
